I had the pleasure of working closely with Amanda for about a year, and I can honestly say she is one of the best people I've had the opportunity to work alongside. She is an exceptional hygienist, but even more importantly, she's an incredible human being. She has a way of making everyone around her feel comfortable—whether it's a nervous patient or a new coworker—and that kind of warmth can't be taught.

She is incredibly skilled at what she does. She takes the time to educate her patients in a way that is easy to understand, making them feel informed and cared for rather than overwhelmed. She communicates seamlessly with the doctors and front office, making sure everyone has the information they need to provide the best possible patient experience. She's organized, dependable, and someone you can always count on.

What really sets her apart, though, is the person she is. She has an infectious sense of humor, brings kindness into every interaction, and somehow manages to make even the busiest days enjoyable. Whether the day started before the sun came up or ran well past when we hoped to be home, she always showed up with a positive attitude and great energy. I started out with an amazing coworker, but by the end of our time working together, I had gained a dear friend. Any office would be incredibly lucky to have her on their team. She has my highest recommendation without hesitation.

Whoever said laughter is the best medicine must have been talking about Amanda.

Amanda is one of the most fun and funniest people I've ever met. Every day I worked alongside her ranks among my favorite days practicing dentistry.

Amanda worked in my practice for several months as our consistent temp, two days a week, and was such a hit with patients and staff that we added her for a third day just to try to meet demand.

She's the first RDH I've worked with where doctors were fighting over who got to do her exams. Cracking jokes with patients alongside her was the highlight of our day :-)

When I think about staff I've employed over the years, I judge them on three things: how well they connect with patients and market the practice, how well they get along with other staff, and how competent they are at the actual work.

Amanda is five stars in all three categories, across the board.

I loved working with Amanda, and when she moved out of state, the whole office was sad to lose her.

We loved having Amanda's smiling face every Monday at our office. She was always on time, positive and had the best attitude. She was so great with our patients and they loved seeing her.
